The Caribbean isn’t one destination — it’s a constellation of islands, each with its own character. Our collection of luxury Caribbean villa rentals spans six signature islands: barefoot-chic Anguilla, the French-Dutch flavour of St Martin, the turquoise calm of Turks & Caicos, jet-set St Barts, refined Barbados and family-resort Punta Cana — plus three of the region’s most extraordinary private-island and resort estates.
Unlike an OTA or marketplace, every one of our Caribbean villas for rent is vetted and selected by our team, with key properties visited in person by our destination specialists. Each stay is matched to how you travel and supported by a dedicated concierge — private chef, butler, beach-club reservations, yacht days and transfers arranged before you arrive. From a four-bedroom beachfront home to a fully staffed private island, our specialists curate the right luxury villa rental in the Caribbean against your exact dates.
From festive peak weeks to quietly empty beaches.
Dry, sunny, calm turquoise seas and the full social calendar. Christmas, NYE and Easter book 12–18 months ahead.
Sunny days, warm evenings, fewer crowds and considerably better value — our specialists' favourite months.
The Caribbean at its most tranquil and affordable. Some islands sit outside the hurricane belt — we advise the safest choices.
The most celebrated time of year. Minimum stays and festive supplements apply — secure 2026–2027 well in advance.
It depends on the trip. Anguilla for barefoot-chic privacy and dining; Turks & Caicos for calm turquoise water and families; St Barts for jet-set glamour and the social scene; Barbados for refined culture and golf; Punta Cana for resort-style family living and value; St Martin for sailing and Franco-Caribbean dining.
Rates vary by villa, season, size and staffing. Starting rates begin around 1,200 USD per night, with most of our luxury Caribbean villas between roughly 3,500 and 25,000 USD per night, and flagship beachfront estates in St Barts, Anguilla and Barbados commanding higher peak rates. All-inclusive private islands are quoted privately. Detailed quotes are confirmed in writing before booking.
Many are. Our collection includes fully staffed estates (butler, housekeeping, chef and often a manager), partially staffed villas (housekeeping plus optional chef on request) and self-catering homes with concierge support. The private islands — Dream Estate, ÀNI DR and Musha Cay — are entirely staffed and all-inclusive. Each villa's model is confirmed in writing before booking.
Many do. A private chef is included as standard at most flagship estates — Caribbean-French, Creole and seafood-led menus — and arranged on request in others. Common formats are full board, chef on call, or in-villa catering for specific occasions. Our concierge confirms availability and cuisine preferences before booking.
For Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks, plan 12 to 18 months ahead — the finest villas across St Barts, Anguilla, Barbados and Turks & Caicos book this far out. For peak January to March, six to nine months is comfortable. For shoulder season (May, June, November) three months is usually enough. Private islands should be enquired about as early as possible.
Excellent — particularly Turks & Caicos (Grace Bay's calm shallow water, easy direct flights), Punta Cana (large resort-style family estates), and Barbados (refined, English-speaking, family-friendly beach clubs). Anguilla and St Barts are quieter and suit families with older children. Our specialists match villas to children's ages and water-confidence.
Privacy, space and personalisation. A villa gives you the entire property — private pool, gardens, multiple ensuite bedrooms and the option of full staff — often for less than equivalent rooms at a five-star resort. Better for families and multi-gen groups who'd otherwise be split across rooms, and for celebrations needing whole-property privacy.
Hurricane season runs June through November, peaking August–October. Several islands sit outside the main belt — Aruba, Curaçao and Barbados in particular — and remain reliable late-summer choices. We advise on the safest islands and dates each year, and recommend travel insurance for any storm-season trip.
