Choose your home and confirm with a signed rental agreement and a copy of each guest's passport.

Secure with a deposit
A 30%–50% deposit confirms your dates, by bank transfer or credit card. Your privileges apply from this booking.

Plan with your concierge
Your dedicated concierge tailors the stay — chefs, charters, transfers — with the balance due 60 or 90 days before arrival.

Arrive & be welcomed
A local team greets you in person with a curated welcome amenity, on hand throughout your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is held with the balance or on a credit card, and varies by villa. Your specialist will confirm all terms in writing.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Elite Guest Privileges is complimentary — there's no fee to join and no points to chase. Your privileges are determined simply by the length of your stay.
How do the levels work?
Your level is based on the length of your stay: Signature (4–8 nights) includes a $250 activities credit, Premier (9–15 nights) a $450 credit, and Estate (16–25+ nights) a $550 credit plus a 3% discount on your booking. Every level includes our full standard of service.
What can I use the activities credit for?
Toward the experiences that make a holiday — private chef dinners, yacht charters, in-villa spa treatments, excursions and more. Your dedicated concierge will help you put it to best use.
Is the dedicated concierge included?
Yes. On reservation you're introduced to a dedicated concierge who helps tailor your stay with bespoke services. They work during office hours pre-arrival; once you arrive, a trusted local team becomes your on-the-ground point of contact. A service fee may apply to certain booked services.
Will someone meet me at the villa?
Always. Every guest enjoys an in-person greeting and a curated welcome amenity on arrival, and a local team member is on hand throughout your stay for anything you need.
