Upon entering the front door, the grandeur of this property will leave you awestruck. The house exudes sophistication with its earthy color palette and tropical furnishings, complemented by an abundance of green plants that create a harmonious ambiance. With four spacious social areas, this estate is perfect for hosting large events such as destination weddings, accommodating up to 60 guests, while still providing the utmost privacy and exceptional service.
For dining, you have multiple options to choose from, including indoor and outdoor settings. There are two indoor dining rooms with one table seating 12 and the other seating 8, while the outdoor dining table can seat up to 10 people. The villa comes with a chef, and the state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with a large island-style bench, accessories, utensils, and even a wine room.
The villa features elegant and comfortable seating areas throughout. You can relax in the indoor living rooms, adorned with coral stone floors, and enjoy a drink while soaking up the tropical atmosphere. Alternatively, the family room is perfect for curling up with a book or watching a movie on the smart TV.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with plush furnishings, high-end linen, and beautiful color schemes, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a stunning view of the lake and golf course. Three other bedrooms also have king-size beds, while the remaining two have two full-sized beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, local cable, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.
