Can Llona is a beautiful villa with the typical Mallorquin architecture located between Tramuntana mountains range and the sea, in the picture postcard village of Deià, Mallorca.

A stone villa with terracotta roof and pale green shutters with an outdoor pool and a large terrace with great views of the village, mountains and sea. The furnishings are a fusion of traditional locally sourced products as well as contemporary international designers including Ralph Lauren, Roche Bobois, Maxalto and B&B Italia. All of the art and sculptures are original and locally sourced.

The main areas are open plan and spacious, brimming with natural light. Subtle neutral tones and relaxed seating create a fresh, contemporary feel.
Open fires in both the living room and kitchen keep the house warm and cozy in the chillier months. The living area has comfy sofas and a magnificent vaulted beamed ceiling. The spectacular ‘Stelle’ chandelier by Barcelona Design casts an impressive glow over the double-height ceiling in the hallway.

There are a few dining options to choose from: under the magnificent Kevin Reilly ‘Altar’ chandelier which is suspended over the Andrianna Sharmaris teak butterfly kitchen table, or ‘al fresco’ on the covered terrace dining area for long balmy evenings under starry skies.

The large open-plan kitchen and outdoor Weber BBQ are the places for cooks to get creative. The kitchen is well-equipped with state-of-the-art-appliances. The utility room has wine storage and an extra fridge and freezer. Large double doors conveniently open out from the kitchen on to terrace dining area.

Guests can choose from different terraced areas which surround the villa and swimming pool. Sun loungers and comfy chairs are well placed so you can enjoy some shade under parasols.

Olive and Cypress trees surround the pool, whilst a burst of pink bougainvillea creeps up and over the stone walls of the villa. Add to this, fragrant orange and lemon trees and you have a truly relaxing outdoor space to enjoy. There’s an outdoor shower room, perfect to use after a dip in the pool or to cool down whilst basking in the sun.
