On the upper floor there is the large 80 sqm master bedroom suite with a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi with private terraces featuring sea views. The lower floor also considered as a second house since there are spacious living rooms, a second kitchen and 4 well appointed suites with ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the manicured gardens. On this floor there is also a gym, a spa and a sauna.

The guest house, located next to the main home there are four double bedrooms with three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a third kitchen. Both houses have been decorated in a minimalist and neoclassical fusion with large baie windows bringing the light inside.

The outdoor is beautiful, the property is surrounded by lavishing pine trees, manicured Mediterranean gardens with exotic flowers, cactus and 2 large swimming pools for adults and one smaller for the children.
