Villa de la Palmeraie is all on one level in two buildings: the main house where there is a large living room and dining room with sliding doors opening onto the terrace, a well equipped kitchen and 2 master bedrooms each with bath room and direct access to the terrace. The terraces houses a large pool facing the sea and with a summer kitchen, large summer lounge to enjoy a drink by the sea, dining area and comfortable sun loungers.
You can access the guest house from behind the property along a Koi carps pond and lawn housing a large summer lounge. The guest house features four independent guest rooms with ensuite bathroom and an extra outdoor shower. Each suite has a private terrace and access to a secluded lawn enclosure where guests can relax or enjoy a massage outdoor.
There is 1 staff bedroom with shower room on the premises too. The villa features air conditioning throughout, indoor and outdoor sound system, WIFI, an alarm system, a TV in each bedroom. The gate is automated and there is car parking spaces for 3 cars.
