This amazing entrance leads to a beautiful interior living space with high ceilings facing the swimming pool and the azur sea. An elegant yet comfortable living room blends with the outdoor ocean colours while the large solid wood dining table joins the space to the fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances. Special to the kitchen is the hidden pantry. Meals can also be taken outside around the beautiful table near the pool.
Timber and stone are featured throughout the villa: on the walls, the furniture and in the unique decorative elements. Decorations are made of earthy colors with touches of gold and emerald green. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one for kids with a built-in bunk bed and the master bedroom with a king size bed. Upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd levels you will find two more king size bedrooms, one with a private terrace and hot tub considered the second master. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with elegant and modern fixtures.
The villa has gorgeous outdoor spaces to enjoy the Caribbean tropical climate. A large shaded living space just steps from both the pool and the inside provides the perfect place to relax any time of the day. The beautiful infinity pool includes built in steps from the outdoor living room to the dining space. Another terrace features daybeds for a sunny spot to lounge by the pool and enjoy the views. Villa Emeraude is part of the larger Emeraude Estate. Emeraude Hideaway is a 2-bedroom villa on the same land as Villa Emeraude and can be rented separately or with Villa Emeraude to make a 6-bedroom estate. Villa Emeraude and Emeraude Hideaway share the same gated entrance but have their own defined spaces to ensure privacy for both rental properties.
Villa Emeraude overlooks Indigo Bay beach and is located halfway between Philipsburg and Simpson Bay. The house is the perfect place to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Philipsburg is only 10 minutes away by car where you can enjoy the beautiful Great Bay beach and the duty free shopping. In Simpson Bay, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 10 minutes by car. Simpson Bay is also the place to enjoy a dynamic nightlife with bars, clubs and casinos. The international airport is 20 minutes by car.
