A Curated Caribbean Collection

The Caribbean’s most discreet luxury island.

Anguilla is the antithesis of the cruise-ship Caribbean. Sixteen miles of powder-soft beaches, no mass tourism, no high-rises — just elegant beachfront estates spaced generously along the coast, and a culinary scene Travel + Leisure called the Caribbean’s best. The locals are unhurried, the water is calm and clear, and the night sky is full of stars. It’s the kind of place that turns first-time visitors into lifetime returnees.

Our 56 handpicked Anguilla villas span every part of it: beachfront estates on Long Bay, refined homes on Meads Bay walking distance to Blanchards and Straw Hat, intimate retreats on Shoal Bay East, and seven-star private resorts like ÀNI Anguilla with celebrity-level service and amenities included.

Haute Retreats is an award-winning luxury villa rental and concierge brand — not an OTA, not a marketplace. Every property is reviewed and vetted by our team in partnership with the on-island owners and managers we have worked with for years. Every booking includes 24/7 concierge: in-residence chef preparing local lobster and grilled snapper, private catamaran sails to offshore cays, beachfront massages at golden hour, and reservations at Anguilla’s most coveted tables — all arranged before you arrive.

Founder’s Note

“We don’t list villas we don’t know. Every property in our Anguilla collection is walked, vetted and championed by the owners and property managers we have worked with for years on the ground. They tell me which villa walks to dinner, which one Sabrina would book for a 40th birthday, and which house to choose if you want the beach to yourself. My job is to bring that knowledge to you — and we have been doing it for fifteen years.”
