Villa Kite House is set in the heart of Playa del Carmen in the beautiful Mayan Riviera.

The swimming pool is heated and curved and does not use chemicals, it uses a swim against the current system that employs a 5.5 horsepower motor to create a “water treadmill” so you can keep your body in shape while on vacation.
The Jacuzzi is located in the pool area and it is large. Nine guests can fit and it is great to soothe any aching muscles.
If you like snorkeling you should not look further and enjoy the ocean just steps from your door.
Inside, Villa Kite House features a home theater with projection screen, a DVD player, and an iPod dock. The luxury amenities include also a computer, a Wi-fi and baby equipment that are all provided.
