From the legendary Faraglioni at Grotta Azzurra, to the celebrated Piazzetta at the villa of the emperor Tiberius, Capri has so much to offer.
Villa Sirena is located just a short walk from Capri’s beautiful sights. Marina Grande is just 1 km, Villa San Michele is just 2 km. You can reach Capri by private boat charter or ferry where the ferry departs from Naples and Sorrento. During your vacation you should not miss a visit to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Positano and other beautiful towns in the Amalfi Coast.
The closest beach is just a 20 steps down from Villa Sirena.
The villa has its own private one private parking space, only 12 steps from the house.
The outdoor living includes a nice garden and private terraces, a 1000 square meters area.
From the garden you will enjoy amazing Mediterranean sea and the Faraglioni views. The outdoor area features alfresco dining areas with tables, chairs, sun loungers, sun beds, benches and sun umbrellas.
Sirena Villa features a central building area and two outbuildings.
MAIN BUILDING
The living areas are spacious and furnished with nice design furniture. The dining and the living areas include sofas, armchairs, a satellite TV, a Bang and Olufsen home entertainment system, and a dining table for eight people. This area features air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances.
There are three bedrooms located in main building. One bedroom is a double bed with air conditioning and heating, the bathroom is not en-suite, it features a shower cubicle and hairdryer.
The other two suites are double bedrooms with TVs, air conditioning and heating. Both have an en-suite bathroom each. There is a Laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry service is available upon request.
The First Annex has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private kitchenette.
The second Annex has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
