The ground floor boasts two queen-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a glass-enclosed rainfall shower. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor of the villa, offering stunning ocean views. It features a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the east side, a large walk-in closet, and an office space. Enjoy direct ocean views from the master bathroom, which spans the entire top floor. On the other side, you’ll find a generous walk-in closet and an office with large windows and a glass door leading to a private balcony.

Asian House boasts an array of features, including a private spa, steam room, fully equipped gym, and home theater. The gym, covering a space of 300 square feet (27 square meters), offers top-quality workout equipment such as a treadmill, recumbent bicycle, elliptical trainer, ab crunch machine, free weights, punching bags, lat pull-down machine, leg extension machine, and leg press machine. After a workout, relax in the steam room and sauna. The home theater spans 400 square feet (37 square meters) and provides a state-of-the-art movie experience with luxurious leather seating, high-tech surround sound, and a large screen. Unwind further in the spa and massage room, where you can enjoy rejuvenating treatments and massages from a private masseuse.
