Avasara Residence is a luxury home in Ko Samui set within the Panacea Retreat.

Avasara is a nice elegant home, the name means “opportunity and chance”, surrounded by tropical nature and the beautiful views of the Golf.

Step inside through the electronic gate into the driveway, you will be amazed by the tropical garden, passing through a path you will be right in the main living pavilion and the large pool with ocean view.

At the main gate, there are a water feature and stone walls that create an appealing natural ambiance, the large wooden doors that open into an elegant living space with high, wood-lined, and vaulted ceilings, and windows on both sides increase the overall feeling of space and grandeur.
The living area features sliding glass doors that open up in panoramic views across the forested valleys, right down to the bay of Bophut and Samui’s many offshore islands.
A large dining table sits like a piece of art in the center of the room.
The fully well-equipped kitchen area with a breakfast bar with the luxury appliances is located right next to the living area. There’s even a built-in wine cooler for all day refreshments.
Sliding glass doors open onto a wrap-around balcony where a nice living area, with barbecue equipment, provides an al-fresco dining area.
From the balcony, there are stairs that lead down to the lower level where there are three beautiful guest bedrooms face out across the garden, pool, and views.
The rooms are connected through a covered walkway. Each of the three suites features ample built-in storage space and an en-suite rain shower room. All the bedrooms have king size double beds, creating this an ideal family or group villa. High-quality furnishings and accessories, plush and stylish interiors make the bedrooms far more than simple sleeping spaces.
Right in front of this bedroom level, a lawned garden opens to the pool terrace. To one side of the huge pool, a covered sala or gazebo equipped with a dining table where you can enjoy alfresco dining. This is ideal for lazy days snacking and relaxing or even for an al fresco feast or pool party.
To the right of the pool is the first of two master suites.
The vaulted wooden ceiling with glass set from and back creates an airy and light atmosphere.
Doors open directly onto the pool terrace and take in the spectacular views. A separate dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a rain shower and an indulgent terrazzo bathtub with windows looking directly out across the pool and to the ocean. Again the furniture and the artwork in here are modern in design.
Steps at the rear of the lower master suite lead back up to the lounge area and from the steps, a door leads into the second upper floor master bedroom that mirrors the one below. Dramatic views
and luxurious interiors create an atmosphere of cosseted privilege for those lucky enough to stay in one of these fine suites.
The property is just a ten-minute drive from the quaint bustle of Bophut Fisherman’s Village. Twenty minutes away by car lie the white shores of Maenam Beach, with shimmering views across the gulf to neighboring Koh Phangan.
