Villa Bacci is a stunning and uber-stylish villa nestled on a 20-acre estate in a famous wine-producing area and is surrounded by manicured vineyards, lush vegetation, ancient olive trees and Mediterranean flora in Tuscany.
This luxury villa is located within walking distance from the medieval town of Panzano, in the heart of Chianti, perfectly located between Florence and Siena. Many more interesting sites, such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, and Greve in Chianti, are within short driving distance. The estate where Villa Bacci is built includes also Villa Esoia which can be booked separately or together as an 11-bedroom accommodation. In addition, a newer villa close-by will soon be available to rent.
Villa Bacci features decorated interiors with a mix of contemporary and classical elements that creates a timeless elegance with a fresh touch. The monochromatic grey/beige palette combined with distressed and natural wood generates a suiting welcoming atmosphere, the perfect stage to unwind and relax.
Lower floor: Mosaic-tiled heated pool with hydro-jets, waterfalls and panoramic window facing the vineyards. Shower.
Ground floor: Fully equipped modern galley kitchen adjacent to the dining area that can comfortably sit up to 10 guests. This room opens onto an outdoor patio complete with al fresco dining facilities.
First floor: Spacious open-plan living room with several areas separated by beautiful brick arches. Small kitchenette for quick snacks.
Second floor: Small living room.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 90 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 3 days of confirmation of intention to book.
