Description
Bel-Ha is an exquisite beach house situated within a 50-acre family-owned estate, adorned with lush palm trees and tropical jungles, that overlooks the renowned Xpu-Ha Beach on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico.
It is situated right next to the renowned Esencia Hotel, allowing guests of Bel-Ha to enjoy the hotel’s spa and restaurants.Which are just a short stroll away. The estate comprises only three houses, one of which is Bel-Ha, a vast property that belongs to a family member and features a guest pavilion.
Bel-Ha was designed by a top beach architect in Mexico, who also worked on the famous Las Alamandas Hotel, and was decorated with minimalist style using Mexican furnishings by the owner. The house boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped bar room, four expansive suites, a studio, a kitchen, and two private palapas, one of which is located by the pool, while the other is on the beach. The house, which is accessed via a private road, features six different lounging areas for guests to relax in and is surrounded by beautifully illuminated gardens in the evening.
Bel-Ha offers easy access to the stunning Xpu-Ha Beach, which is renowned for its white sand and turquoise waters and is rated as one of the top three beaches on the Mayan Riviera. The house’s pool area leads directly to the beach, where the private palapa is located amidst palm trees and sea grapes. During June and July, guests may be lucky enough to witness the protected loggerhead (caguama) giant sea turtles laying their eggs on the beach.
The gardens of Bel-Ha are maintained impeccably, featuring a variety of tropical trees and plants that attract colorful birds. The property also includes a natural pool, or cenote, which separates the rear lawn from a line of beautiful jungle trees, and is suitable for swimming depending on the time of year.
