This villa is surrounded by a great garden. The main house features five bedrooms and nearby guest house features a bedroom, living area and a private kitchenette.
Outside you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning on the large terrace next to the house or swim in the private swimming pool.

Inside Caminata the furniture is nice and comfortable creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The living area and the dining area boasts that comfortable mix of tufted leather and beamed ceilings creating a wonderful place where to spend your vacation in La Dolce Vita land.
The six bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, four bedrooms have king size beds and one has twin beds. Five are located on the main property and the one is in the guest house. The guest house has a bedroom with two twins.

We can assist you in planning a tour of the wine routes in Umbria, the most popular ones: Perugia, Trasimeno and Altotiberini Hills; Montefalco and the Martani Hills; Spoleto and Valnerina.
How about a cooking class? You can choose between a Fresh Pasta Making Cookery Class where you will learn how to make the fresh past like Tagliatelle, Lasagne, and Ravioli or the Chocolate Making Cookery Class, The chocolate is really famous in Umbria. You will learn how to make a ganache and create delicious praline. In Perugia the Eurochocolate is really famous and in 2018 will be held from October 19 to the 28 2018.
We offer a special fishing experience right in the stunning lakes at Murlo estate where you can rent a cabin on one of the lake shores. You can fish and we can also arrange a picnic for you and barbecues. We include the transportation, the fishing equipment, and swimming towels.
Staying at the Murlo Estate will give you a chance to explore the “green heart of Italy”. You can hike from the villas to the top of Monte Tezio, from there you will enjoy spectacular views of Assisi, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno.
When you stay at Villa Subtilia we can arrange personal yoga lessons and also pilates lessons, no better place to be.

How about a truffle hunting adventure? The age-old tradition in Umbria. Your personal guide will take you through the forest seeking truffles. The experience includes also a small truffle tasting with 4 different types of truffles.

One of our favorites activities during the summer is the boat trip in the Lake Trasimeno, the fourth largest Italian lake. A 8 meter long motor boat will take a brief visit to the islands of the lake, Maggiore, Minore, and Polvese. You will have lunch in of the many restaurants, previously booked on the lake shores.
There are other activities we can arrange for you from a horseback riding, a ballooning adventure, an adventure in a farmhouse, quad trips, explore the chocolate road or the cashmere road. If you like shopping, The Mall is 1 hour and 40 minutes from the Murlo estate and you can shop up to 14 top brands like Fendi, Armani, Gucci, Valentino…there are others mall in the area.
During your stay you cannot miss cultural sites like Norcia, Gubbio, Spoleto and spiritual places like the Basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi or the Porziuncola to name a few.
