Casa Chechén is made up of two separate units. The main house has two beautifully appointed bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests, and an additional suite for two with private access on the top level, which can be rented either as part of the main villa – making it a three-bedroom home – or as a separate, independent accommodation.
The house’s design incorporates local materials to infuse every space with a natural feel. Custom-made wood, stone, and chukum finishes – a fine resin made from a local tree – bring tropical elements into the interiors, which open onto the sandy backyard, allowing the ocean breeze to flow in. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable outdoor lounge on the terrace. Additionally, the villa features a plunge pool and private access to an expansive stretch of sandy beach.
