Travel times and distances: depending on peak and off-peak traffic, it takes roughly 15 to 25 minutes by car (10 to 14 km) to get to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ); 8 to 12 minutes by foot to get to Punta Espada Golf Club; 10 to 15 minutes to get to Cap Cana Marina dining; 8 to 12 minutes to get to Scape Park; and 5 to 8 minutes on foot to get to the amenities of the St. Regis Cap Cana Resort.

It usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to Punta Cana Village for groceries and a pharmacy. Casa Ipanema is located in the Cap Cana resort zone, which is roughly 18.45° N, 68.41° W, close to the St. Regis. Based on local driving patterns, the times are accurate door-to-door estimates.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Incredible Client Service

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
