Casa Ixchel is a striking, environmentally conscious estate that combines simple architecture with easy beachside living, tucked away between the Caribbean Sea and Tulum‘s colorful jungle. The villa has a fully furnished gym, a dedicated massage area, a private pool and Jacuzzi, and six spacious suites. Within the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, unwind in spacious indoor and outdoor lounges, host movie evenings in the TV room, or cook in the cutting-edge kitchen.
Located right on the white sand, a pavilion with a thatch roof provides a memorable setting for sunsets and meals. The house was designed by architect Alberto Schutte, and its simple, open layouts encourage tranquility and a sense of connection to the natural world.
Casa Ixchel offers all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning, Sky TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a complete beach supply, including kayaks, snorkeling gear, and children’s beach toys, while remaining completely off the grid and self-sufficient thanks to the sun, wind, and an incredibly quiet backup generator.
