• The total value of the rent (base rate + taxes + service fee and guarantee deposit) must be settled 60 days before the arrival of the guests without any exception.
• Rentals that cancels with a minimum of 60 days prior to check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid. If cancelation occurs after this period, the money won’t be refunded.
• The Legal contract format authorized by the administration of the house must be respected, which must be signed at the time of reserving the dates of the booking.
