Casa Tita spreads out to greet a throng of people beyond the gates of Punta Ballena, where the desert meets the sea in copper cliffs and cobalt water.
With its white stucco, wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling glass framing endless views of the Sea of Cortez, this family-friendly estate boasts eight thousand square feet of sunlit living. The architecture recognizes the realities of living in large groups, including the thoughtful division of bedrooms so that night owls and early risers never share a wall and large, social areas for celebrating the day together.
The five main suites, each a private aerie with a king bed, a spa-bright ensuite, and a balcony for sunrise coffee or a final glimpse of the moonlit water, line the view front like pearls. Three happy children’s rooms, each with two sets of twin bunks and a full bath, are tucked away on their own axis, providing younger guests with space to play hard and sleep soundly.

The best of Los Cabos is nearby without being too crowded when you’re ready to explore. The historic San José del Cabo Art District is 25–30 minutes east for a gallery hop and dinner on the plaza; the swimmable coves of Chileno and Santa Maria are 10–15 minutes up the Corridor; and Cabo San Lucas Marina and the vibrant downtown waterfront are roughly 12–15 minutes away by car.
It’s easy to stock up: pharmacies and gourmet markets are located along the highway, and Costco and Fresko/La Comer are 12 to 20 minutes away. Cabo San Lucas International (CSL) takes 20 to 25 minutes for private aviation, while Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) usually takes 35 to 45 minutes door to door.
Every approach is paved, and the final 1-2 km into Punta Ballena follow safe, well-maintained lanes and cobblestones that are comfortable in any car, though a mid-size SUV makes dining out and beach hopping simple. Casa Tita is situated above the coast at roughly 22.886° N, 109.889° W.
