Villa Eva is a luxury modern villa with three swimming pools – indoor and two outdoor heated pools, sauna and playroom .
Located in a quiet location in Bale, 14 km from the center of Rovinj and 7 km from the sea, Istra, Croatia.

One of the most beautiful Istrian pearls is the town of Bale located close to the western Istrian shore. This historical stone town was built on a hill surrounded with endless olive groves and vineyards. The narrow and cobbled streets that surround the medieval, 15th century castle hide many unrevealed stories. Bale gives off a special atmosphere and is an inspiration to a number of the artists who live and create here. Numerous events throughout the summer attract visitors who can enjoy different art forms, especially music. One such event is the Last Minute Open Jazz Festival which transforms picturesque Bale into the jazz scene and is one of the most popular festivals of its type in this part of Europe.

The stylish and modern Villa Eva is a brand new luxury villa immersed in the untouched nature and peaceful countryside. This beautiful villa expands over 1450m², on two same residential modules which occupies area of 670 m². Spread over three floors, villa Eva includes basement, ground floor and first floor, has 6 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate 12 persons.

Since the villa is divided into two identical residential areas/modules, it offers its guests two fully equipped and modern kitchens and two spacious living rooms. Both residential modules are connected with a basement where is situated wellness area with indoor heated pool and sauna. Also for those who like games there is a game room with PlayStation 4, billiards, table football and darts.

By entering Villa Eva ground floor you will be overwhelmed even more. Every room is furnished with great attention to detail to give it cozy, but still a still very elegant atmosphere. The ground floor of the villa has a modern living room, equipped kitchen and dining area, and an outdoor terrace with swimming pools which can be accessed from the dining room.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor of the luxury villa Eva which is reserved for a good night’s sleep and relaxation and at your disposal are 6 bedrooms. All suites have king-size beds and a en suite bathroom with a shower. Also, all rooms are equipped with TV and have shared balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding nature.

Large glass surfaces and a view of the greenery give the villa freshness and spaciousness. The spacious courtyard of the Villa Eva with a carefully maintained garden enriched with beautiful plants and trees fits perfectly into the unreal beautiful untouched nature of the entire area. Here is a heated infinity pool that is perfect for refreshments during the hot summer days, and for those who want to sunbathe by the pool there are comfortable sun loungers where you can soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful views. Just a few steps from the pool is an outdoor covered dining table. There is also a summer kitchen with barbecue where you can prepare many Istrian specialties.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

Our experience with Haute Retreats this summer was simply the best! Sabrina provided excellent, professional and caring service and was always available to answer questions quickly - even across several time zones. Her expertise in finding the perfect villa in Tuscany for our family vacation and patiently assisting us with other hotel reservations, sending us valuable destination information and recommendations made for an unforgettable vacation. Incredible Client Service

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
