As soon as you step onto the villa, you are embraced by the rural charm of villa Federico. This four-acre estate is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, providing panoramic views of the rolling hills from every angle.

The villa is constructed of stone and creates a romantic ambiance that radiates tranquility. Its interior, adorned in calming neutral shades, complements the breathtaking views of the surrounding olive trees, lavender bushes, and lush greenery. Furthermore, if you’re looking for a rejuvenating retreat, the nearby thermal water springs are an added bonus.
The main villa boasts a variety of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and convenient amenities. On the ground floor, there is a queen/twin bedroom with ample closet space and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, as well as French doors leading to a side patio. The first floor features a queen/twin bedroom with a unique four-poster iron bed and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, another queen/twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a beautiful tub with a handheld shower, and a bedroom with a French bed (47″) and an en suite bathroom with a shower, ideal for two small children or one adult. All six bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In terms of living spaces, the main villa’s ground floor includes a comfortable sitting room and a spacious living area with a fireplace and French doors leading to an outdoor pergola. The gracious dining room features a table that seats six (with the option to extend up to 12) and French doors that fill the interiors with light. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a wood-burning stove, connects to the outdoor patio for al fresco dining. The first floor has a small, cozy study with a fax machine and computer, as well as direct access, down steps, to the front driveway. Annex I has a separate entrance and a kitchenette area with a refrigerator, as well as French doors that lead to the lawn and lounging area. Annex II has a separate entrance up steps and a kitchenette area with a refrigerator and a fireplace.

Outside, the villa boasts a verdant backyard with a panoramic swimming pool, a barbecue area with a dining table, and a romantic outdoor pergola. The sprawling grounds are perfect for children to play and run freely.
