If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Stays greater than or equal to thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.
