The social space features a comfortable sitting area with large screen TV and a modern fireplace, a separate dining room (4 steps up) with TV and a generous table for 8, and the striking open chef kitchen with island and breakfast counter. A guest bathroom is also on this floor. The high quality of this villa is evident in the materials and fabrics used throughout, matching the coolest trends happening in design and décor, all combined with wide picture-windows that frame the stunning vistas.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
The villa comes with luxurious amenities such as a private pool and lush garden, an outdoor kitchen, and a furnished area for eating al fresco that can seat up to 12 people.
