Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 61 days, US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.
