The building is available for rent unfurnished, providing you with the flexibility to organise the event of your choice, whether it's a celebration, wedding dinners, pool brunch, or any other occasion. It is well-lit and equipped with electricity for suppliers and event days.

For added convenience, there are two back doors, allowing catering services to set up their office behind the building and efficiently serve your Guests. The venue is easily accessible by road, facilitating direct deliveries for suppliers.

The Outdoors are also a good way to use the villa for weddings and events. It has a lot of possibilities and areas for you to make it your way: space to do your ceremony, wine reception…

The rental period is always charged one week even if the property is used only for the weekend
