Welcome to Villa Nadia!

A private luxury villa that covers the top floor of an ancient mansion dating back to the 15th century, for 8 people. The villa enjoys plenty of sunlight and a lovely view of the sea, of the Amalfi Coast and the beautiful Moorish belltower. Villa Nadia is about 200 square meters in size and has a private swimming pool, wide terraces and gardens with sea views, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.

In 1997 the Amalfi Coast was declared a UNESCO site thanks to a rich history and the natural beauty of the territory. High cliffy coasts, picturesque villages, hundreds of steps to climb, and the road – famous for the hairpin bends – make this area a one-of-a-kind. Perched on the hill just above the historical center of Amalfi, Nadia is a semi-attached property that boasts a magnificent open sea view from its terraces and garden. To reach the house, two public elevators are available, both carved in the rock, one departing from Town Hall Square and the other from the public parking “Luna Rossa”. Off the elevator, approximately 100 short-rise steps lead to the entrance gate of Nadia. As they say, if the Amalfi Coast is on your bucket list, get ready to climb some steps!

THE PRIVATE INFINITY POOL (not heated) is maximum 1.60 meters deep and is equipped with a whirlpool system with jets at the two ends and a small waterfall. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun chairs. From here you can admire unforgettable views of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast. You will reach the swimming pool from the dining room.

THE PRIVATE TERRACES are about 85 square meters and have beautiful views of the sea. You can reach the terraces from the living room than from the dining room.

THE SOLARIUM is about 40 square meters and is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, sun chairs and an umbrella. From the solarium you will have a stunning view of the sea.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM is has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board at your disposal. You will reach the laundry room from the terrace.

THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright. Here you will find a fireplace, a large sofa, a comfortable home cinema corner equipped with a corner sofa and a large flat-screen high-definition SMART TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the living room you can access the terraces with sea view.

THE LAUNCH ROOM has a table and chairs for eight people. You will reach the launch room from the kitchen.
