Villa Star is located around twenty minutes’ drive north of Rovinj where lays a flooded canyon valley – Lim Channel, also known as Lim Bay or Lim Fjord. Lim Bay is a separate and unique natural and ambiental phenomenon of the area around Vrsar, Istra, Croatia.

A 3780 m²  large estate, Villa Start is extraordinary. The Villa occupies an area of 680m², consisting of two levels, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is suitable where 10 guests can be accommodated. Because of its size and luxury, the Villa can be used for business meetings, unique private gatherings, romantic holidays…

The ground floor of Villa Star is the central area of the villa, which includes a billiard-room with lounge area and TV. The lounge area extends to the large, white dining room, with a dining table and chairs. This area is connected to the professional and fully equipped high-tech kitchen with bar counter and spacious living room with modern sofas, which opens to a beautiful partial covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor dining area and an intoxicating view of the sea. Towards the other side of the villa is a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, sauna and an indoor swimming pool.

On the top floor, there are five spacious suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking the sea. Four bedrooms consist of double beds and one is with twin beds which can easily be connected and make double bed.

The luxurious exterior of the villa is enhanced by the fabulous and spacious sunny terraces with deckchairs, swimming pool, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with barbeque and dining table. Here you can relax after long day on the beach or city walk, drinking a refreshing drink far away from all curious looks.
