The Villa at St. James includes luxury amenities and facilities from the private swimming pool to a gourmet kitchen and an alfresco dining area. Five spacious suites with ensuite bathrooms (including a detached apartment with private living/dining area) accommodate families, destination wedding guests, and groups of friends up to ten in size. Your reservation includes cook services, housekeeping, concierge, and security.

The swimming pool extends the length of the villa where you can swim into its refreshing water and enjoy the Caribbean sun. Loungers are perched on the beach’s soft sand, and the luminous waves welcome swimming and watersports. Admire the sublime sunset from the villa’s outdoor lounge, and relish memorable meals in the enchanting breeze.
Wall-to-wall glass doors open from the terrace, bathing the interiors in delicious air. The superb, chef-equipped kitchen is this home center, easily accessible from the interior living room and alfresco terrace. The master suite enjoys stunning views from its king bed and furnished balcony, while its large ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, shower, and tub. The main section of the condo includes three guest suites—two with queen beds, one with a pair of twin beds. The separate annex (known as the cottage) can be accessed from the condo or via a private entrance from the parking lot. This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

Our experience with Haute Retreats this summer was simply the best! Sabrina provided excellent, professional and caring service and was always available to answer questions quickly - even across several time zones. Her expertise in finding the perfect villa in Tuscany for our family vacation and patiently assisting us with other hotel reservations, sending us valuable destination information and recommendations made for an unforgettable vacation. Incredible Client Service

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
