It is perfectly suited for groups of 8 and equipped with free WIFI, Sky TV and lift access, the villa provides an accessible and luxury holiday base for enjoying the very best that Lake Como has to offer.
Off the elegant hallway, a lake view dining room/conference room for 10 is equipped with a large wall-mounted TV, whilst to the other side of the hallway, guests can enjoy an elegant salon-style reception room with lake views and two stylish sitting areas. It features a sleek modern kitchen, with breakfast table.
Villa Agata 1st floor has romantic balcony with beautiful lake views where you can enjoy a romantic aperitivo. A spacious double lake view bedroom is accompanied by a beautiful lake view master double bedroom, which boasts a large lake view private terrace with sitting area and parasol, perfect for daytime relaxation. An ambient third guest suite with single bed and pull-out single also features to the same inviting floor, alongside a contemporary-fitted family bathroom and a chic shower room. To the 2nd floor, an inviting en-suite bedroom furnished with 2 single beds offers plenty of space for family and friends. Private laundry facilities are provided for added convenience.
Outdoor: a breathtaking lake view garden across 2 terraced levels. An accessible flat garden with fountain and mature planting offers a beguiling lake view backdrop for day-night entertaining. The covered alfresco dining terrace and a charming outdoor sitting area are accompanied by a covered lake view jacuzzi room, with shower. From the upper garden, steps lead down to a private outdoor swimming pool.
