Villa Amanda is a luxury villa on two floors, that includes great comforts, natural fabrics such as linen, high-end quality wood, and designer furniture, all giving that charm to this setting. It is set between two prestigious buildings with history and culture. It is built on the site of an antique Roman home, dating back 2000 years, and you can still see the remains on the ground floor. The can villa accommodates up to 9 guests. The luxury amenities and facilities includes, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a romantic indoor fireplace for the winter.
It is located in Sorrento, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, a place where over a million of visitors come and get enchanted by the beauty of this location.
Villa Amanda is the perfect setting if you are looking to live in the heart of Sorrento, where the beach, the best restaurants, and the historical centre are just few hundreds meters away. It is the perfect location from where you can easily reach Capri, Positano, Ravello, Ischia, Pompeii and much more.
A car is not mandatory, staying at Villa Amanda, however if you like to drive around and visit we can reserve for you a parking space at the nearby car park.
From street level there are not steps to reach the entrance of the villa.
The private manicured garden is 300 m2, there are sun loungers, sun chairs, sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and the typical Sorrentine pergola where there is an alfresco dining for twelve people.
Step Inside. The lounge is located on the upper floor. Stylish and furnished with large sofas and chairs. Whilst sipping a cup of coffee you will gaze at the wonderful view from the private terraces. On this same level you have access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first suite comes with four-poster bed, a futon, a satellite TV, a small vintage fridge, and walk-in wardrobe. You will also have access to a private terrace that boasts views of the Vesuvius and the sea. You can access the bathroom from the lounger. The other two bedrooms feature a double bed, a walk-in closet, television. One of the two bedrooms has a private balcony with with Vesuvius and sea views. The second bathroom is right next to the second and third bedroom.
The lower floor is reachable by a staircase (interior 22 steps) from the upper floor. Here you have one suite, two bathrooms, the dining room and the kitchen. The suite is very spacious and features a king-size bed, a single bed, a television, and walk-in closet. The ceiling is built from turk rock with an arch architecture, dated back to Roman times. You have access to the garden through a French window.
The dining area is large and features a large dining table,, a breakfast buffet table, a large TV, and a fireplace. A steel staircase at the back of this room connects the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can access to the garden through a French window from the kitchen.
