Welcome to Artina villa, a luxury home built on a 21 acres private property, set on an elevated cliff boasting spectacular views of the Ionian Sea in Zakynthos Island, Greece.

Elegantly furnished and decorated,  Villa Artina will give you the opportunity to enjoy comfort and elegance. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests each with an en-suite bathroom.

Inside, Artina Villa is truly spectacular, all set off by the large floor to ceiling windows throughout the villa letting you enjoy the most scenic views of the lush garden and Ionian Sea beyond. The open-plan kitchen is spacious, the dining and living area feature a beautiful high ceiling, soft muted pastel colours and access to the shaded veranda via large glass sliding doors.

The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and equipment: a cooker, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, coffee machine, wine freezer and dishwasher. The dining table separates the kitchen from the living room.

The living area features two comfortable sofas that can be converted in to two single beds, a coffee table and satellite television. There are also luxury features including a Playstation, sound system, CD/DVD player and central climate control and also a laptop and a printer. In the living room there is also a fireplace in the corner.

The living space is bright and spacious. Spread across one floor, Artina villa is the perfect home for children. The three suites have the same design furnished with simple and modern furniture with a large sliding door in each suite that leads to the veranda. Each suite features autonomous climate control, a closet, a safe and a flat screen television with satellite channels. There are two master suites with en-suite bathroom and amazing garden views. The two en-suite bathrooms and bathroom which is not en suite feature a bathtub and shower cabin, hair dryer, bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers and towels.

The outdoor of Artina villa features a manicured garden, pathways in stones and olive trees that create an idyllic and relaxing setting. The private heated swimming pool is located on the back of Villa Artina and faces the Ionian Sea with sun loungers, an outdoor hot water shower, aero and hydro massage and a shallow end for younger guests. The covered veranda is nicely furnished and is very spacious. Your children will enjoy their time in the play area where there are a slide, tyre swings hanging from the trees and miniature kids’ table and chairs. If you like enjoying some relaxing time outside, there is a hammock that looks out at the spectacular views.

The outdoor is completed with an alfresco dining area with a BBQ, a large dining table and chairs and fully-stocked bar with stools. You will enjoy a complimentary pack  with your reservation which includes ingredients for a nice breakfast, traditional local delicacies, local wines and rare and unique olive oil.
