Modern Villa Azul is a charming three-story property set on Trogir Riviera, Croatia, near to Vinisce and only 7 km from the Marina, 10 mt from the sea and 20 km from the town of Trogir, which is listed as a UNESCO heritage site.

This beautiful sight is renown for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, with ancient olive trees and vineyards, sandy and rocky beaches and coves.

The surroundings of the bay include the most spectacular and magical islands and islets that are just perfect for daily excursions by boat or yacht.

Villa Azul is located in a quiet bay where crystal clear and untouched nature are ideal for nature lovers and where to enjoy relaxing holidays.  This location provides complete privacy, tranquility and silence, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the other hand, it is in the vicinity of all the conveniences that one urban place can provide during the day and night.

Villa Azul was built in 2019, it extends on 600 m² land. The property consists of 3 floors; a lower ground floor area with a swimming pool and gazebo, main ground floor, first floor and the second. Villa Azul features 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. It accommodates eight guests.

The combination of natural stone and modern architecture gives this magnificent building one truly special and unique atmosphere. The interior of the villa is designed very tastefully, framed by glass walls, which give the impression of an open space and create one warm and comfortable home atmosphere. The furniture selection perfectly blends with the environment of the villa, which is actually the basis of enjoying the sun, the sea and the surrounding stone and nature.

As you enter the gorgeous property from the seaside, a beautifully designed villa welcomes you. Here, you will experience the true Mediterranean feeling of living. Surrounded by typical beautiful Dalmatian greenery, you will feel as though you are in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Many wonderful and memorable moments on terrace with a beautiful swimming pool of 36m², furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing, can be spent in peace with your loved ones. Here you will also find a gazebo with dining area, ideal for dinners under the stars.

From the swimming pool area a few stone stairs lead to the ground floor of the villa, which is reserved exclusively for relaxation and dreams with four bedrooms, as well as sauna and gym for active sports and recreational fun. Each suite has a double king-size bed with a modern en-suite bathroom and terraces.

Internal stairs, passing the central part of the villa, connect ground to the first floor, where the part is intended for gathering. The main floor features a modern equipped kitchen and a dining table for eight guests, a spacious area with a comfortable living room with a large sofa and LCD TV. The long terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view of the romantic play of the horizon and sunset, while you are having dinner or enjoying a glass of wine. You can access Villa Azul by entering from the top floor where the covered parking is located.
