This beautiful luxury home is located 2.6 kilometres from the Borgo, and it is the largest of the rental luxury villas. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and has views across the neighbouring golf course.

The living space is nearly 700m², five suites each with an ensuite bathroom, Villa Biondi is the perfect home where to spend your vacation with your friends and family.

Overlooking the gardens towards the valley beyond, the large, stone-flagged terrace, shaded by a traditional wood-beamed pergola, provides the ideal spot for al fresco living and dining. Across the lawn is a heated infinity pool flanked by a pool house with a sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom.

There is a large living area, a charming sitting room with TV area and a beautiful Tuscan fireplace, an adjacent reading room, a dining area and country-style kitchen with a central island.  There is also a laundry room and two guest WCs.

Two suites are located on the ground floor (a double with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a twin-bedded room with ensuite shower room), the master bedroom is set on the first floor with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
