This exclusive villa is one of the few in the area, located on a private road surrounded by nature. Villa Esclusiva is ideally situated just under 3 km from the charming villages of Sumartin and Seleca, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and cafes.

The interior showcases a unique contemporary design with stunning sea views from every corner of the home. The villa’s entrance is just 5 meters from the beach and offers four bedrooms, plus an additional room that can be converted for an extra guest. The villa’s façade is crafted from large Brac stone, quarried locally and meticulously assembled by skilled Croatian craftsmen. This impressive stonework is complemented by contemporary glass sliding walls and balustrades, creating a truly charming and inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor opens onto a spacious courtyard with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a feature fireplace, a dining area that seats eight, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned wine cellar. The villa also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a small office for those who wish to work remotely.

The first floor features two luxurious suites, each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms, both offering breathtaking sea views. Additionally, there is a game room with a Sony flat-screen TV, Bose surround sound, DVD player, and a sofa bed for extra guests. A bathroom with a shower, Jacuzzi bath, double shower, and twin basins is also on this floor.

On the second floor, you’ll find two more suites. The master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing rooms, and south-facing glass walls that open onto a large terrace with panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom features double beds.
