Villa Felice was recently renovate from the ground up by her celebrity designer owner in Tuscany.
The owner brought passion and incredible creativity during the renovation. It took over 5 years to turn this beautiful large, ancient ruin into the luxury estate it is now. Designed by blending the old bones of a medieval building, the very best Italian products and the latest in modern amenities, resulting in the most luxurious, unique and exciting interiors. Villa Felice is surrounded by a 100 acre olive farm with breathtaking, unspoilt views over the vineyards, olive groves and chestnut forests. Concierge service, daily maid service from Monday to Saturday, air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, change of linen on Saturday, change of bath and pool towels on Saturday and midweek.

mandatory breakfast service from 7.30am to 10am EUR 20 per person (groceries and service included, use of biological products) 24-hour’s notice is required if no breakfast is needed, chef service for lunch/dinner starting from EUR 40 per person (depending on menu choice) with the whole group taking part, light lunches/dinners starting from EUR 35 per person, drinks not included (minimum 8 guests), laundry and iron service, any other activities/services/facilities not mentioned.
The price of the extra services, which need to be paid directly to the service providers, can vary according to their availability.
