Villa Florence comprises of a double living room area with a unique dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge facing the fireplace, 6 king size suite rooms for couples and one bedroom with three single beds, most of them with their own private bathroom.

All handcrafted bathrooms of this enchanting villas accommodation are splendidly decorated with natural stones, colorful sea elements and lavish adornments and graciously appointed with luxurious amenities such as power showers with colored windows and colored running water.

Villa has 2 private parking areas for 6 cars and is located 7 minutes from downtown by car and often hosts wedding ceremonies and unforgettable bachelor parties and events.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
At the first floor we find five bedrooms, 2 of them are considered to be Master Bedrooms with private handcrafted bathrooms and a huge deck in front of the Big Blue with Private Dining areas and sofas. A double connected suite and a suite with 3 single beds offer the guests staying in this first floor of Villa Florence the privilege of being totally isolated from the rest of the Villa.
At the second floor we find the level of the infinitive pool and another deck with a dining table for more than 20 guests an interior living room with a fire place and exterior salon, sunbeds and sun lounges, a romantic hammock, the BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom.
At the third floor we find another 2 Master Bedrooms, both ensuite and with private Verandas.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Sabrina provided excellent, professional and caring service and was always available to answer questions quickly - even across several time zones. Her expertise in finding the perfect villa in Tuscany for our family vacation and patiently assisting us with other hotel reservations, sending us valuable destination information and recommendations made for an unforgettable vacation. Incredible Client Service

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
