Villa Iris

Villa Iris is a luxury villa located near Moščenička draga and the most beautiful beaches in Kvarner. What makes this villa special and unique are the feeling of peace and the open view of Kvarner, the promenades, the nature park and the proximity of the neighboring peninsula of Istria.

Villa Iris is set in the beautiful settlement Mošćenice, which is about 14 km from Opatija. Near the villa you can reach the beautiful pebble beach Sipar in Mošćenička Draga, which features ideal conditions for relaxation and swimming on the Adriatic. You can also discover many hidden coves that can become your little Mediterranean paradise.

Inside the villa spreads over 560 square meters, which makes is a comfortable and spacious setting. Villa Iris features five suites, and each suite has its private bathroom.

The living area is located on the ground floor, furnished with top Italian furniture, TV and boasts a direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern appliances. In addition, in this villa you can enjoy a tavern and a well-equipped wine cellar. Villa Iris boasts a fully equipped gym and a wellness area. The wellness area includes a sauna, a massage room where you can also have SPA treatments (Massages and beauty treatments are extra charged). An ideal place for night socializing, laughter and relaxation – in our tavern you can taste the best world and Croatian wines. Entertainment for younger guests is guaranteed in a special room equipped for entertainment with a playroom and playstation. You still have some work to do, report to the office or have an urgent business meeting. In the office you will find everything you need to make your business work.

The outdoor has so much to offer like the interior living areas. The olive trees give you that Mediterranean atmosphere. In front of the villa there is a large swimming pool with spacious loungers for relaxation and a stress free zone. An ideal place to socialize, with a beautiful view that extends from every corner of the Mediterranean garden or from one of the spacious terraces. The exterior of the villa is in perfect harmony with the surroundings. The pool is set in the courtyard of the villa and is the perfect place to lie on a water mattress with your favorite cocktail. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed in this atmosphere! The outdoor features a barbecue. During your stay, do not forget to visit the tourist center of Opatija, which you can taste great food.
