Villa La Vie en Bleu is a private oasis right on the sandy section of Baie Rouge Beach, St. Martin. From every corner, you can enjoy spectacular azure and clear blue views.
Right on the horizon, you can enjoy the view of Anguilla. A peaceful location, perfect for honeymoons or romantic escapes. It is a perfect home for two couples, contemporary featuring the main living space with a large master suite on the upper beach level with an elegant mountain facing apartment on the lower level.
What we believe makes this villa an amazing setting where to have a vacation is the covered terrace that opens to a large pool deck that provides ample outdoor living and dining. From the travertine tiles to the epi wood flow throughout this villa is spectacular. You’ll access the beach right off the main terrace.
Upstairs the area is comfortable and air-conditioned, a contemporary open-plan room decorated in neutral, dark woods with lovely accent pieces. The modern fully equipped kitchen opens to the outdoor dining room and boasts a spectacular view.
The main space features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that create a seamless transition from the interior to exterior providing unobstructed views. Right off the great room, there is the master bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that bring in the view.
The master bath suite has a spa-style, tumbled marble and mosaic tiles. It opens to a huge outdoor shower terrace.
In the lower level, there is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen. The interior of this apartment is stylishly appointed in soft greys, pops of color and dark woods. The large spa style bath with walk-in shower is clad in travertine tiles and dark woods.
Villa La Vie En Bleu is located only 2 minutes from restaurants and shops in Porto Cupecoy and a short drive from the airport. Marigot is located only ten-minute drive from the villa.
Be aware: Baie Rouge Beach could be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns. If you want to enjoy a nice swim you should walk down the beach near the public entrance where the waters are protected.
