Villa Magic Bay is a luxury home located in Brac Island, one of the biggest islands in Croatia, right on the east side of the island, few minutes from the port village Sumartin.

It’s the perfect place in the end of one way street, ensuring privacy and spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

The villa was originally built in the 19th century and during the fully renovation in 2017, the Dalmatian stone was kept and luxury amenities and facilities were added creating the perfect place where to relax during your holiday with your family and friends.

The sea is just steps away and Villa Magic Bay is surrounded by the green pine trees. The interior features a modern design.

Villa Magic Bay spreads into two floors and covers up to 100 m². Three appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior area includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, terraces and an outdoor infinity pool.

Step inside and on the first floor the comfortable living room has access to the terrace with sea view, the perfect setting for your morning coffee and breakfast. Next to the living room, there are the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. There is also one bedroom on this same floor. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with the infinity edge swimming pool and sun beds.

The outdoor solar heated swimming pool at Villa Magic Bay measures 7mtx3,5mt and it is surrounded by comfortable sun beds. Enjoy summer afternoons by the pool, there is also a comfortable alfresco dining area.

Sumartin is a short drive from the luxury home. In Sumartin you can choose from great local restaurants where to dine like at the Konoba Top or at the Miron Restaurant among others. There are many activities you can do during your holiday, but you should not miss to have a visit of Sumartin a small and quite unerrated port village with a nice church and a hidden spectacular beach that you should go and visit.

When visiting, don’t miss out to see the Franciscan monastery and the museum where you can learn more about the history of the island. Some of the interesting things you’ll see here is a valuable Venetian baroque canvas, hand-made monastery ground plan and religious objects. A fishing history took part in this part of Croatia, when emigrant Mario Puratić assembled a part of the fishing equipment that is very simple to use and became famous.
