Villa Mey’s Place Dubrovnik is a model of Mediterranean beauty and refinement. One of the most attractive features of this villa is its beautiful infinity pool that gives perfect view of the sea and surrounding islands; it is truly a relaxing position to be in. And this oasis of serenity and comfort is surrounded by original Mediterranean vegetation, has its own beach and large stone vaults carved into the rock which continuously attract the attention of people passing by.
The house consists of two floors: the first floor and the second floor. The ground floor serves as a garden-yard which is convenient for spending time together with friends or family members. There are 4 bedrooms with 7 beds in total, 3 bathrooms available in this villa which can accommodate up to 7 persons. Moreover, there exists a new annex/suite close to the main building including one queen bed, one sofa that can be used as single bed and bathroom with shower cabin also equipped with bathtub. This suite can be rented at an extra charge providing accommodation for 2+1 person, making it possible to accommodate totally 9+1 person.
Ground floor provides areas for relaxation and socializing within Villa Mey’s Place. It has got spacious terrace overlooking Elaphite Islands – Šipan, Koločep, Lopud. In addition outdoor furniture outfitting garden & terrace along with specially covered dining area are available on this ground level. From here are some stone stairs leading down to beach where you can have fun or refreshments during hot summer days otherwise it would not happen alone like way off there behind those glasses so look out . Indoors glassy door separates from living room (with high quality furniture) terrace as well next door find modern dining room or choose eating among themselves just outside on a veranda. Small, fully equipped kitchen is connected with ground floor where an open space which serves as a dining area can be found. Furthermore, the ground floor has one bathroom.
The first floor of Villa Mey’s Place contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms that oozes Mediterranean feeling in all corners. The use of white and blue tones has a relaxing effect on the nerves. To wake up in front of the open sea and Mediterranean garden is like balm for the soul. Three out of four bedrooms have double beds; also master bedroom features a balcony with panoramic view and bathroom with shower cabin above all this. The forth bedroom is smaller and equipped with single bed as well as it looks at garden. Another bathroom with shower can be found on this level too.
