Set on the South western side of Santorini, Villa Rock enjoys blissful Aegean Sea views and the Lighthouse of Santorini from its cliff top vantage point.

It is a modern and on the same time traditional Cycladic home with that typical white stones. Musicians and recording Artists keep coming and visiting this part of the world getting inspired by its secluded location and the world-class recording studio, that includes a drum kit, a vocal booth and a full mixing desk.

The play room is the perfect area were families like to entertain as well as the large aquamarine pool.

Villa Rock is spread across three floors. The villa features several dining, living and lobby areas and the recording studio, this gives this luxury home a spacious indoor area. The outdoor area is also nice and entertaining, you will love enjoying the warm afternoon under the shaded patio, there are four decked terraces located in different sides of the villa enjoying the tranquil blue expanse of the Aegean Sea and its astonishing evening sunsets. There is also a hot tub where you can soak up and stargaze at night.

On the lower ground floor you can relax in the two smaller lounges with an open-plan kitchen/diner.

Soak up in the beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Breakfast is served each day and for an extra cost you can hire a private chef.

Villa Rock features five luxurious en-suite bedrooms: the two largest suites are on the lower-ground floor, with three slightly smaller rooms on the two upper floors of the house. All the suites enjoy spectacular sea views and are bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

Giorgaros Fish Tavern Restaurant is located 4 minute drive from Villa Rock and Mesa Pigada beach is 5 minute drive.
Santorini National Airport is 14 km away.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
