Ground floor of Villa Small Paradise is the central part of the villa – here you will find spacious living room with a sea view equipped with a LCD 4K wide-screen TV and an IPTV receiver with premium TV content and a seating set for 10 people. Fully equipped is separated by a bar with a 2-seater dining chair with a large table for 10 people. On the ground floor there is an additional toilet to ensure the privacy of the private bathroom. On this main floor you also have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wellness oasis with fitness room and sauna witch is connected with outdoor jacuzzi.

Just a few steps down from the central part you will find game room and utility room where guests can use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. From the stone staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor of the villa, is where you will find 4 luxurious bedrooms.
