Villa Stabbi

Villa Stabbi is one of the eleven 17th and 18th century farmhouses beautifully restored in a luxury home rental. Right 3.5 km from the Borgo, Villa Stabbi is a charming Tuscany villa that includes a main house and a private guests house and the pool house. The villa sits on an elevated ridge and has amazing views over the Sienese Hills.

The living room is large and located on the ground floor of the main house. Inside there are beamed wooden ceilings and throughout the villa adding that Tuscan character. The dining room is connected to the living room by arches either side of the fireplace and the traditional kitchen has direct access to the dining space. There is also a laundry room and guest restroom on this level. Villa Stabbi accommodates up to nine guests in five appointed bedrooms.

There are three suites, all with ensuite bathrooms, on the first floor of the main house – the master bedroom with a kingsize bed, a double with kingsize bed and a twin room with extra-wide single beds. There is a single bedroom with a separate bathroom on the ground floor and another ensuite double bedroom with kingsize bed in the private annexe. The pool house has a living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a terrace.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout and equipped with wireless Internet access. There is a large heated swimming pool and a wood-fired oven in the garden.

Florence is the nearest international airport, a 90-minute drive from the villa. It’s well served by most airlines, including British Airways.

Borgo is an ancient village with a rich history: visit the hotel’s own winery (and taste the local vintages), wander around the medieval castle and see the ancient church.
