The villa’s ground floor is perfect for casual living and easy entertaining, with its bright, spacious, and stylish open-plan living room. The retrofitted ceiling lights and various light sources throughout the room provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the white and blue color scheme adds a sense of calm and tranquility. The large custom table can accommodate up to 24 people, and the comfortable sectional sofa creates a cozy lounge area. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped and functional.
The ground floor’s panoramic terrace offers stunning sea views and provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining and lounging. The first-floor terrace features a plunge pool for up to four people, while another terrace, complete with outdoor kitchen facilities, grill, and pizza oven, is surrounded by fragrant lemon trees. The second-floor oval-shaped swimming pool, framed by olive trees, offers a private oasis for cooling off from the Mediterranean sun.
The villa’s weekly rate includes electricity, A/C, heating, gas, water, and final cleaning, as well as daily morning housekeeping service, daily buffet continental breakfast, and daily change of bath towels. Wi-Fi Internet access and garden and pool maintenance are also included.
