From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an open view of the Pacific Ocean—no rooftops, no walls—just sky, water, and light. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull natural light into the main living area, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor space.
The villa is fully staffed, with daily housekeeping (6 days/week) and a houseman on site to assist with anything you need. Whether you’re looking for help with groceries, restaurant bookings, or a local recommendation, the team is there with just the right balance of support and privacy.
Spaces Made for Gathering (and Getting Away)
At the heart of the villa is a chef’s kitchen and a stunning walnut dining table, ideal for meals shared with friends and family. There’s also a cozy media room just off the kitchen, complete with blackout curtains—great for movie nights.
Outside, the infinity pool overlooks the ocean and is lined with Brown Jordan loungers, a shaded jacuzzi and wading pool, and an automated canopy that offers instant shade with the push of a button. At night, the fire pit sets the tone for relaxed evenings under the stars.
Room to Unwind, Inside and Out
If you’re looking for a quiet corner, head down the staircase off the pool deck to a covered lounge area with hammocks, a ping pong table, media room, private gym, and even a mini kitchen and full bath. A spiral staircase winds between floors, making this area feel like a tucked-away retreat within the home—great for teenagers, staff, or just anyone who wants a bit more space.
Bedrooms with a View (Every Single One)
Villa Celeste features 10 well-appointed bedrooms, including two master suites, and each room comes with its own balcony and view of both the sunrise and sunset. Every guest gets a private escape, and with 11 full bathrooms and one half-bath, no one has to wait their turn.
For guests traveling with staff—such as a pilot, nanny, or personal assistant—there are two private casitas on the property. Each one has its own entrance, full amenities, and a view that rivals the main villa.
Access to Amenities Beyond the Villa
A short 10-minute walk takes you to the Pedregal Mountain Club, where you’ll find a full spa, gym, pool, and restaurant. Guests also have access to Courtside Café, about a 12-minute walk away, which features tennis and pickleball courts as well as a gourmet breakfast and lunch menu.
Villa guests have complimentary access to both clubs, though food, drink, and services are billed separately.

Before You Book, Please Note
To maintain a peaceful experience for all guests in the community, Villa Celeste has a few important policies:
Guests must be 30+ years old
No loud party groups or events
No smoking indoors
No illegal substances
Outside guests must be approved in writing
Community-wide 10 PM noise curfew is enforced
A signed check-in form and valid credit card are required at check-in
Holiday bookings (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable
