Villa Xanadu is a beautiful villa located in St. Jean, in the beautiful island of St. Barts, a true paradise fit for a king.
Villa Xanadu features a beautiful garden, stunning design, nice furniture and larges living spaces.
It is set right above St. Jean overlooking Gustavia and it is also a few minutes from the most spectacular beaches, restaurants, and shops.
Villa Xanadu is the perfect setting where you can enjoy a tropical getaway. Each day you can start your day on the terrace where the pool is enjoying the most amazing sea views.
The oversized sun beds, sofas, and lounge spaces create that perfect place where to watch the sunrise, the sunset or just enjoy the most beautiful vistas.
Villa Xanadu features two buildings that are connected through a nice courtyard with a sunbed and lounge area. One of the two buildings features a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the terrace and has a large al fresco dining room and unique outdoor lounge.
The other building features a spacious living room with entertainment spaces, open to a veranda.
There are four suites at Villa Xanadu that accommodate up to eight guests. The master bedroom is large with a king size bed and private access to the terrace. The three bedrooms have a king size bed and beautiful sea views.
