Situated within a sprawling, naturally landscaped property, our homes share access to a communal pool exclusively for our guests. Our villa options range from the cozy 2-bedroom penthouse to the expansive 5-bedroom villa with its private swimming pool. Each of these exceptional homes rests on the beach at KM9, at the heart of enchanting Tulum.
Our location operates off the grid, independent of municipal services. While we provide ample electricity for all your needs, living off the grid comes with its unique charm and some variations from the usual conveniences. All our homes are thoughtfully equipped with kitchens, and each one is fully furnished, complete with towels, bed linens, and beach towels. During your stay, you’ll enjoy daily cleaning services (except on Sundays), the care of a dedicated gardener, and the attentive oversight of a manager, allowing you to unwind from the moment you arrive. Our friendly staff is on hand to welcome and assist you, and should you desire it, we can arrange for professional chef services and soothing massages upon request.
All our homes are positioned right on the beach, where Tulum’s natural, idyllic beauty invites you to unwind and savor its unique atmosphere.
