ES TRAGON **
Reinvention of the Mediterranean classic cuisine

ES TORRENT
Right near the sea water
Considered an exceptional address since 1984, Es Torrent in the bay of Paroig in the south of the island. They serve excellent seafood and fish in a unique setting. Despite its beach club look, we don’t party there. We especially enjoy the view of the crystal clear waters and red cliffs. The authentic dishes are great.
We particularly love the baked lobster.
The sound of the waves and the smell of the pine forest helps creating a very special Ibizan moment that continues to a hammock on the beach.

In Can Carlos, a luxury hotel in Ibiza, Can Curreu offers a very popular luxury restaurant in Ibiza. In a rustic and warm environment, the menu includes traditional dishes with inventive touches and products from the vegetable garden. The restaurant is located far from the hustle and bustle of the party.
