The stunning villa features spectacular ocean views. It is located in the island of St. Martin, Caribbean, a short drive to Plum Bay Beach and five minutes drive from the airport.
The French capital of Marigot is located 10 minutes drive with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Grand Case and Philipsburg are only 25 minutes drive.
The large contoured pool edges overlap the lawn adding crystal blue tones to the scene.

Villa Ambiance has an open space layout airy and spacious. This perfect luxury home is great for an extended family, weddings and a corporate retreat. The interior features an elegant, sleek and contemporary design. The large interior living area combines natural elements with rich tones like the dark woods and teak, wicker, cream and pops of colour.
The fully equipped kitchen is located bear the dining room, the bear and seating area. You’ll love the alfresco dining area that is set in the courtyard just off the bar.
Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house, the main pool and lap pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.
There are four suites that are spacious and comfortable at Villa Ambiance. Two sit on each end of the villa. The décor creates a serene atmosphere blending designer touches and art; neutral tones of beige, brown, black or grey and white with individual pops of rich color. Each suite has private seating, sea views and beautiful spa style bathrooms in travertine, stone and wood. Three bathrooms have private outdoor showers; one has a sea view.
